Who we are
KorexaTech ("KorexaTech", "we") operates korexatech.com and the products listed on it. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Website: nothing that identifies you. We use no cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) for security.
- Contact by email: your name, email address, company and message, so we can answer you.
- Product jobs: the documents you send us and the results we produce.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To answer your request and deliver the service you asked for (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website and service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet accounting and tax duties for paid work (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
- Documents and results: deleted after delivery, unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
- Emails: as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted.
- Invoices: as long as accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the business, such as hosting and email, under data protection terms. We never sell personal data and never use your documents to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its use, and data portability. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
